About Caroline
Helping animals move better has never just been my job – it's been my passion for as long as I can remember.

Registrant of AHPR – Animal Health Professions’ Register
I've spent my life around animals, fascinated by the way they move and how even the smallest changes in movement can tell us that something isn't quite right.
Long before I became a McTimoney Veterinary Chiropractor, I was immersed in the equestrian world, managing competition horses, travelling internationally and working with horses at elite level. Those years taught me something that still shapes every appointment today:
Every movement tells a story.
Whether it’s a horse reluctant to strike off on the correct lead on one rein, a dog hesitating before jumping into the car, or a subtle change that only an experienced owner notices, movement is often the first indication that something needs attention.
Today, I combine that lifetime of practical experience with specialist chiropractic knowledge to help horses and dogs move comfortably, recover from injury and perform at their very best.
A Whole-Animal Approach
Every appointment begins with understanding the whole picture.
I don't just look at where your horse or dog appears uncomfortable.
I consider their medical history, workload, lifestyle, previous injuries, behaviour, movement patterns and future goals to build a complete understanding of what's happening.
Just as importantly, I work with you.
I believe the best results come when owners understand their animal's body and feel confident supporting them between appointments. That's why I take the time to explain what I've found, answer your questions and provide practical advice, exercises or massage techniques that you can continue at home.
Helping your animal doesn't end when I leave.
My Background
My journey into Veterinary Chiropractic has been built on years of practical experience as well as academic study.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science before going on to complete my Master's degree in McTimoney Veterinary Chiropractic, allowing me to combine scientific understanding with gentle, hands-on treatment.
Before qualifying, I spent several years managing an international carriage driving yard, working with high-performance horses, organising international travel and supporting horses competing at the highest level. That experience gave me an invaluable understanding of equine biomechanics, performance and rehabilitation that continues to influence my work today.
Although horses have always been my first passion, I also work extensively with dogs, helping everyone from much-loved family pets to active competition dogs stay comfortable, mobile and able to enjoy life.
